The financial strength ratings of Travelers show that the company is a stable and sound carrier that you can trust to be around for many years to come. A.M. Best gives Travelers an “A” rating. Fitch gives it the rating of “AA”, Moody’s gives it an “Aa2,” and Standard & Poor’s gives a rating of “AA.” In a survey by Insure.com, clients gave Travelers a 73.58% customer satisfaction rating. At last count, 74% of its clients said they were going to renew their plans. Travelers has an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Over a three-year time span, there were a total of 418 closed complaints with the BBB. Most of the issues involved problems with products, services, and billing.
